I am Elizabeth Rose Slaughter. I kept my married name after the divorce. That was my name for twenty years, and no whim of his should make me have to go through all the changes it would take to call myself another person. It was him that changed. Look in the mirror and see the same woman that was there when I married. Same eyes, same skin, same hair. A better style than when I was a girl.
